We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Kerrykeel legend John Joe Mc Ateer. He managed and ran Kerrykeel, along with his wife Peggy for decades. He was one of the great characters of the game and there are great memories of the summer cups he ran. He was always vocal on the sidelines, showing his great love and commitment to the club and it was always a pleasure to be in his company afterwards. A true legend in the Donegal league, it'll never be the same playing Kerrykeel without him. To Peggy and family Kerrykeel '71 club and to all his friends, we extend our condolences. RIP John Joe.

24/12/21

The club and community were saddened to hear of the passing of one of the villages elder citizens, William O'Brien. Willie was well known on his walks, up until recently, around the village, where he would always stop for a chat. He was a gentleman and will be greatly missed around Manor. To his family and many friends, we extend our sincere condolences. May he rest in peace.

22/12/21

We extend our condolences to the family and friends of John Mc Clintock, Castleblaugh, on his passing. John was one of life's characters, and called it as he saw it. He'll certainly be missed for all the banter. May he rest in peace.
